He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Wagner and Viola Wagner; his wife Shirley; and his son Ronald. He is survived by: his sons, David Wagner (Teresa) of Pine City, MN and Randy Wagner (Paul) of Santa Maria, CA; his daughter-in-law Kari Wagner of Kansas; and his brother Don Wagner (Betsy) of Arizona. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
