She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kranz and Adeline Kranz (Marengo); and her siblings, Violet Kranz, Ronald Kranz (Shirley), Henry "Wimpy" Kranz, Jeanine Perrin and Pearl Larson (Roy).
She is survived by: her former husband Fredrick Johnston; her husband Fred Johnston of Rush City; her children, Mark Johnston (Liz) of Rush Point, Sheila Marik of New Richmond, WI., Todd Johnston of Rush City, Clinton Johnston of Minneapolis and Cory Johnston (Beth) of Sioux City, IA.; and her siblings, Lois Bliss of Mora, Jimmy Kranz (Joyce) of Isanti, Audrey Johnson of Cambridge and Dwight Kranz of Rock Creek. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
