He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Frances Hipp, Sr. (Smith); and his sister Jackie. He is survived by: his children, Dan Hipp of Minneapolis, Kathy Hipp of Circle Pines, Brian Witte (Jennifer) of Rush City and Mark Witte (LaRayne) of Rush City.
