He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lunseth and Sophia Lunseth (Bentley); his sisters, Louanna White (Johnny) and Lois Lee (Bob); and his former wife Cleone.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hunter; his children, John B. Lunseth II of Medina, Steven Lunseth of Grand Forks, Mark Lunseth (Susan) of Champlin, Michele Oelrich of Bemidji and Susan Ebertz of Woodbury; and his stepchildren, Cathy Dockendorf of Hudson, Steven Hunter (Shelley) of Monroe, James Hunter (Barbara) of St. Petersburg and Jean Lawson of Orange, California. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
