She was predeceased by: her parents, Olof Olson and Adrina Olson; her husband Virgil Magnuson; her brother Henry Olson; and her brother-in-law Milton "Ed" Ruth.

She is survived by: her children, Mavis Ude (Bruce) of Belle Fourche, SD and Nancy Laux (Paul) of Blaine; her sister June Ruth of Prescott, AZ; and her sister-in-law Erna Olson of Saint Paul. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
