Jean Katherine Peno Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, at the age of 87, Jean Katherine Peno (Rush City, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pitreski and Louise Pitreski (Hammes); her husband Bill Peno; her son-in-law Mark Jennissen; her grandson John Scheller; and her siblings, Mary Lou Tauber Mollenhoff (Frank Tauber), Arlene Greenhagen (Roland), Johann Bachman (Donald), Geraldine Rust (Clifford) and David Pitreski.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Simays (Alan) of Slinger, WI., Sharlene Jennissen of Miltona and Dudley Peno (Lori) of North Branch; her grandchildren, Rachel (Kyle), Abigail (Rob), Zachariah (Molly), Jacob, Jacqueline, Avery, Aaron and Nathan; her stepgrandchildren, Erich (Danielle), Cody (Yesenia), Corina, Tina (David), Christopher and Cassandra (James); and her sisters, Carol Baldwin and Anna Mae Crotty (Tom) of Shoreview. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cremation Service Olson Chapel (115 W 4th St, Rush City, MN 55069). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (415 W 5th St, Rush City, MN 55069).
