It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Fyten of Royalton, Minnesota, born in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fyten and Julia Fyten (Kuper); his brothers, Ron Fyten, Jerry Fyten and Phillip Fyten; his nephew Shannon Fyten; and his niece Stephanie Fyten-Malinowski.
He is survived by: his wife Karen of Royalton; his siblings, Dennis Fyten of Anoka, Paul Fyten (Marilyn) of Fridley, Elizabeth Krahl of St. Louis, MO, Monica Dawson of Savage, Steven Fyten (Michele) of Ramsey and Mark Fyten (Stephanie) of Pierz; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Fyten of Pierz, Judy Fyten of Pierz, Mona Fyten of Maple Grove, Pat Kurowski (Bill) of Pierz, Linda Gunther (Jim) of Pierz, Mary Bellefeuille (Mark) of Little Falls and Dale Manlick of Illinois. He is also survived by 13 nieces 13 nephews and friends.
