She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Weinand and Constance Weinand. She is survived by: her grandchild Mavrie; her husband Steve Smude of Royalton; her children, Ryan Smude (Nicole) of Sauk Rapids and Rachel Barrett (Justin) of St. Michael; her grandchildren, Maverick Barrett and Victor Smude; and her siblings, Tom Weinand (Kim Petterson) of Royalton, Cheryl Guck (Robert) of Sartell, Mark Weinand (Robin Armstrong) of Royalton, Kathy Kloss (Donald) of Royalton and Mike Weinand (Susan Bjorstrom) of Royalton.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Coborn Cancer Center in memory of Brenda.
