Marie Katherine Rust Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Katherine Rust of Round Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 106. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paulsen and Martha Paulsen (Finnern); her husband Mike; her daughter-in-law Marge Rust; her granddaughter Shelly Hansen; her son-in-law Harlan Hansen; and her siblings, George, Earl, Robert, Billy, Hazel, Bernice and Laura.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hansen, Lynn Rust and Loren Rust (Phyllis); and her grandchildren, Kristi Rentfrow (Dick), Roxann Peterson (Brad), Rhonda Hansen, Peter Rust (Cindy), Matthew Rust (Lisa), Natalie Morris (Matt), Travis Rust (Stacy), Josie Texidor (Dave) and Jamie Sheehan (Kevin). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Bethel Lutheran or a charity of your choice.
