He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Wasmuth and Dora Wasmuth (Emblom); his wife Marge Hovland; and his sister Jean Western. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Wasmuth (Priscilla), David Wasmuth, Mary Handy (Scott), Patti Wasmuth and Julie Baumgardner (Bob); his grandchildren, Erin Wirtz (Steve), Jenny Bednar (Mark), Tyler Baumgardner and Ryan Baumgardner; and his great grandchildren, Lucy, Sadie, Jude Wirtz, Charlie and Henry Bednar.
The family requests that memorials be made to Samaritan's Purse or The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
