He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; his parents, August Zilka and Helen Zilka; and his siblings, Raymond, Harold, Fredrick, Richard and Viola.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradley (Lisa), Barry (Christy) and James; his grandchildren, Kendall, Mason, Marnie, Erin, Camryn and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Tommi, Presli, Robert and Chloe; and his sister Helen.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washburn-McReavy Funeral Chapel (3996 W 50th St, Edina, MN 55424). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Edina Chapel (5000 W 50th St, Edina, MN 55436).
