He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Oczak and Shirley M. Oczak. He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Oczak, Julie Ann Bredesen (Thomas), Amy Zeece (Steve) and John (Debbie). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, grand-nephews, and a grand-niece.
