Kramer (Roseville, Minnesota), born in Frohna, Missouri, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst Kramer and Martha Kramer (Vogel); his son Quentin Kramer; his daughter-in-law Lisa Kramer; and his grandchildren, Corrine and Shaw Kramer.

He is survived by: his wife Ramona Rathe; his children, Gizelle Smothers (Jon), Llewellyn Kramer (Julie), Garrett Kramer (Denise) and Carlyle Kramer (Mary); and his grandchildren, Charles Smothers (Jessica), Paige McGinnity (Brendan), Katrina Ernst (Scott), Marcus Kramer (Kathryn), Heidi Gudmundson (Seth), Garrett Kramer (Jane), Tyler Kramer (McKenzie), Amanda Kramer, Kelsey Cocchiarella (Tony), Cameron Kramer and Conrad Kramer (Emily). He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
