He was predeceased by: his wife Judy. He is survived by: his children, Dan (Mary), Doug (Karen), Kim Chapman (Neal) and Ted (Julie); and his brothers, Bill (Pat) and Mark (Linda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 3 step grandchildren.
