Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Ernest Schonhardt of Roseville, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 92, on November 20, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schonhardt and Crescentia Schonhardt; his siblings, Harold Schonhardt, Alphonse Schonhardt and Alvina Stalboerger; and his great grandchild Joseph Patrick Schonhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his children, Nona Bergh (Rob), Mark (Elaine), Larry (Bethany) and Linda Schneider (Jeff); his grandchildren, Stefanie Bergh (Chris), Geoffrey Bergh, David Schonhardt (Alicia), Daniel Schonhardt (Julie), Nicholas Schonhardt (Ashley), Heather Schlewkey (Jason), Brett Schneider (Emily) and Deena Bayer (Alec); and his sister Alice DuChene. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (835 2nd Ave NW, New Brighton, MN 55112). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery (1150 7th St NW, New Brighton, MN 55112).
