He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allan Weber, Norbert and Venita Dietz. He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Mary; his brother Justin (Beth Venit); his grandmother Noreen Weber; his aunts and uncles, Jeff Dietz (Nicki Meyer), Joe Weber (Paula), Mark Weber, Jim Weber (Laura Feldhusen), Sara Weber (Bob Hurlbett) and Clare Weber; and his cousins, Andrew Weber, Katie Reitman, Chris Weber, Elizabeth Ziemer, Natalie Norman, Jessica Stark and Carly Dietz. He is also survived by relatives; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred in Phil's name to a charity of donor's choice.
