He is survived by: his sister Joyce Knops; his children, Daniel, James (Mary), Thomas (Debbie), Susan Brown (Jeffery) and Michael (Tammy); and his daughters-in-law, Geralyn and Kathy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and countless friends.
