Marilyn Joy Ekstrom Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Joy Ekstrom of Roseville, Minnesota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on February 2, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Miller (Anderson) and E. H. Miller; her husband Sheldon Lee Ekstrom; her brother Al Miller; and her brother-in-law Jean (Don Ekstrom).

She is survived by: her stepsons, Todd Sheldon, Derek Rick and Kent Ritchard; her sons, Todd Ekstrom (Dawn Duerre), Derek Ekstrom (Stephanie) and Kent Ekstrom (Pam); her grandchildren, Haley Thill (Josh), Ashley Lochen (Jake), Tara Duerre-Ekstrom, Connor Duerre-Ekstrom, Spencer Ekstrom and Madyson Ekstrom; and her great grandchildren, Waylon and Evelyn.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations in remembrance be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
