She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Fay and Harry B. Fay; and her former husband William H. Cushman. She is survived by: her children, Fay Cushman, Linda Fearing (John) and Thomas Cushman; her grandchildren, Andrea (Corbin), Schmidt, Jeffrey Fearing (Autumn), Eleanor and Emma Elmquist; her great grandchildren, Hendrik, Ziggy, June, Sumner and Linden; her daughter Joanne; and her friends, Chelsea Heights and Murray.
