Joan M. Smevoll Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan M. Smevoll of Roseville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidt and Stella Schmidt; her husband Earl "Roy"; and her sisters, Bernadette Scanlon (Dan) and Irene Stawarski (Dick).
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Holmstrom (Jerry) and Eric (Julie); and her grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob and Jared. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (2090 Hamline Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113).
