With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan M. Smevoll of Roseville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidt and Stella Schmidt; her husband Earl "Roy"; her sisters, Bernadette Scanlon (Dan) and Irene Stawarski (Dick); and her sister-in-law Sharon Smevoll.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Holmstrom (Jerry) and Eric (Julie); and her grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob and Jared. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
