Hilary Patricia was predeceased by: parents, Reginald Sammons and Phyllis Sammons; sisters, Val and Ann; children, David and Deborah; grandson John; great grandchild Justine; parents-in-law, Charles Watters and June Watters; and former husband Donald Pflepsen.

Hilary Patricia is survived by: husband Michael Charles Watters; children, Theresa Young (Isavel Gonzales), Nicholas Pflepsen, Norman Gilpin-Watters, Joy Pflepsen-Watters (Patrick Budde), Michelle Schneider (Joseph) and Dawn Powers (Jason); brothers, Ernest, Gordon and Tony; and pet Bandit. Hilary Patricia is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
