She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth and RoseMarie; and her brothers, Jim and Bob. She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Swiontek (Mick), Marilyn Fisher, Lynne Husnik (Frank Sr.) and Kathleen Bardwell (Dale); her caregiver Brenda Reeves (Michael); and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
