He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne and Luanne; and his brothers, Thomas and Roger. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike (Nancy), Pam May (Dan) and Terri Steenblock (Jason). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
