He is survived by: his former wife Susan MacMillan; and also, Jessica (Don Dvorak) and Judy Krow. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends, including his siblings and their spouses; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Minnesota Opera, The St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, or Avenues for Youth.
