He was predeceased by: his father Carsten Ginther. He is survived by: his friend Bring; his mother Sue Ginther; his children, Carsten and Lucy; his wife Michelle Ginther; and his brothers, Rob Ginther (Elisse) and Justen Ginther. He is also survived by two nephews; and many other family and friends.
