He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Copley and Florence Copley (Vadnias); his stepfather Ed Esbolt; his sister Beverly Copley; and his son John Copley.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol; his wife Doris Leopold; his family, Carol, Mark and Molly Dressen; his grandchildren, Kayla, Shane, Garett, Lillian Stockton, Connor, Alixandra, Landon, Easton Woodward-Copley, Maxwell, Sophia and Liliana Woodward-Copley; and his sister Patricia Schultz. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
