She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Matrious and Mary Matrious; her siblings, Lawrence, James, Bernice and Catherine; and her great grandchild Jasmine.
She is survived by: her son Eugene "Geno" Salay; her husband Eugene Salay; her daughter-in-law Tina; her grandchildren, Jamie, Savannah and Cayden; and her sister Brenda Lilly. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
