He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Carpender and Walter Carpender. He is survived by: his brother James "Jim" of Roseville; and his nephew Donald DeCourcy of Sunfish Lake.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Heights Lutheran Church (2701 Rice St, Roseville, MN 55113).
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Humane Society.
