Fields IV and Brian Fields; his stepchildren, Scott Wagner (Corinne), Brenda Wagner and Dana Wagner; his grandchildren, Roxanna, Christine Brace, Cody Fields, Blake, Brady, Joe Wagner, Shay, Camryn Canning, August and Thomas Godfrey; his stepmother Charlene Fields; and his half-sister Laura Norris.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
