He is survived by: his mother Donna Lou Lufkin; his wife Stacy; his sons, Isaiah and Zachariah; his brother David Lufkin (Maegan); his nieces and nephews, Abbie, Courtney, Malia, Quinn, Dylan, Jake and Loren; his siblings-in-law, Karla Kraus (Steve), Heather Latterell and Jeff Johnson; and his father-in-law Ed Johnson (Nancy).
