He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary E. O'Neill (Barrett) and George Edward O'Neill; his siblings, Leo, Francis Thraen and Kathleen Condon; and his son Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Ann O'Neill, Colleen Timmons (Terry), John O'Neill (Linda) and Joan Becker (Mike). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
