He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Gen Thompson, Wilfred and Dorothy Rupert; and his pet Tori.

He is survived by: his wife Stacey Hubbard; his children, Riley and Ava; his parents, Jane and Jack Rupert, Sr. of Lake Crystal; his sister Anne Mornes (Andy); his nieces, Abby and Amelia; his nephew James of Woodbury; his parents-in-law, Janet and Richard Anderson of Good Thunder; his brother-in-law Aaron Hubbard (Tina Schlumpberger); his nephew Mykel; and his niece Emma of North Mankato. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and several cousins.
