He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Alvin Knoll Senior and Olga Swenson Knoll; his child Sandy Kaufman (John); his wife Bette Jane; his siblings, Betty Lu and Richard; and his son-in-law John Kaufman.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia, Mitch (Vicki), Marshall, Michael (Bonnie), Montgomery (Lesa), Mace (Dung) and Morgan (Mari); and his sister Ann Engen. He is also survived by 26 grand children, 21 great grand children, 1 great great grandson, special friend.
