He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus and Alice; his siblings, Clarence (Alice), Charles (Carol) and Roselia Bennett (John); and his former wife JoAnn.

He is survived by: his sons, John (Teresa), Ted (Becky) and Fred; and his grandchildren, Angela, Brandon, Sara, Kevin, Julia, Spencer and Courtney.
