It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlottte Ann Lockwood (Rosemount, Minnesota), who passed away on March 20, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick"; her son Dan; and her sister Leola Jarred. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Lockwood (Shelly) and Larry Lockwood; her sisters, Norma Dzurovichin (John) and Connie Edwards; and her brother-in-law Duane Jarred. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
