She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Mertens and Ann Mertens; and her siblings, Cecil Mertens (Vera), Winifred Herder (George) and Lorraine Beckman (Paul).
She is survived by: her children, Paul Schneider (Ann) and Linda Johnson (Jeff); and her pet Leroy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
