He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bollaert and Margaret Bollaert; and his stepbrother Richard Zachmann. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Barbara Stasica (Jeff), Becky Blogg (Bill) and David Bollaert (Tammy Harbison); his grandchildren, Brittany Peterson (Tom), Cara Schmitz (Tyler), Jacob, Jack, Jenna, Jordyn and Amanda; his great grandchild Tyson; his sisters, Kathy Habel and Georgette Rudoni (Mike); his brother-in-law Stephen Montgomery; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Natalie, Michael, Robert, Rachel, Ellen, Cathleen and Leslie.
