He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Stevanus and Galen Stevanus; and his sister Gail Stevanus. He is survived by: his wife Betty (Wollschlager); his children, Brenda Ratgen (Mark Dunn) and Bruce Stevanus (Shelia); his grandchildren, Lucas Ratgen (Molly), Olivia Ratgen (Austin Dollimer), Nicholas Ratgen, Katelyn Wells (Thomas) and Joshua Stevanus (Devin Wells); and his great grandchildren, Amelia and Chloe Wells.
