She was predeceased by: her parents, Torkel Nyland and Marie Nyland (Foss); her uncle Julius Foss; her siblings, Diana, Lenny and Norris; and her siblings-in-law, Valerie Nyland and Kermit Kompelien.
She is survived by: her husband Manley; her children, Kevin Olmstead (Devra), Valerie Hesse (Marty) and Dianne Hedlund (Dan); her sister Helen Kompelien; and her sister-in-law Donna Mullinex. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
