We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 61, Tammy Leigh Brateng of Roseau, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph "Randy" Hites and Mariannette "Tootsie" Hites (Wysocki); her parents-in-law, Ernest and Adeline Brateng; and her siblings-in-law, Don Brateng and Bonnie Heddan.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Brateng; her children, Anthony Brateng (Amy) of Roseau and Ashley Hellerup (Jon) of Roseau; her grandchildren, Lauren, Evan, Solvej, Megan and Freja; her siblings, Terry Kolden of Grand Forks, ND, Todd Hites (Karena McCool) of Roseau and Teresa Hites (Scott Johnson) of Badger, MN; her siblings-in-law, Bob Brateng (Peg) of St. Joseph, MN, Lynette Brateng-Englund of Warroad, MN and Elvin Heddan of Warroad; and her stepfather Lloyd Foster of Roseau. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
