He is survived by: his children, Russell Jr., Russ Jr. Palm (Kathy) of Elk River, MN, Deann Olson (Jerry) of Roseau and Darrin Palm of Roseau; his grandchildren, Chris Olson (Kylie) of Hewitt, MN, Katie Halverson (Sean) of Maple Grove, MN, Corey Olson of Roseau, Zach Palm of Rosenberg, TX, Jacob Palm of Elk River and Andrew Palm of Elk River; his great grandchildren, Anders and Henry Halverson; and his sisters, Linda Holter (Marvin) of Waroad, Gloria Borgen (Larry) of Greenbush and Shelia Holter (Skip) of Roseau.
