He is survived by: his children, Catherine Swenson, San, Robert James Foley (Mary) of Roseau, MN, Elizabeth Foley (Andy Au) of Burlingame, CA, Colleen Foley-Sacks (Gary) of Portland, OR, Scott Foley (Jackie) and West; and his grandchildren, Kayleen Foley, Kelly Foley, Jack Foley, McKenna Foley, Connor Foley, Michael Swenson, Brian Swenson, Erin Foley and Megan Foley.
