He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hetteen and Carol Hetteen (Nelson); his brother John Hetteen; and his nephews, Marcus Foldesi and Jim Lindblad.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Gunderson; his grandchildren, Kaylee St (Ryan) and Laura Beito; his great grandchildren, Chase, Clare and Cady St. Germain; his sons, Scott (Julie) and Cory (Jessica Samson); his sisters, Brenda Loken (Terry), Sharon Hetteen and Sue Hetteen; his mother-in-law Marian Gunderson; and his siblings-in-law, Alan Gunderson, Cindy Hall and Lori Foldesi (Mark). He is also survived by his nephews, nieces and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the LifeCare Healthcare Fund Diabetes and Dialysis Fund.
