It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Besserud of Roseau, Minnesota, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Besserud and Anna Besserud (Glennen); his former wife Lenore Hetteen; his children, Gary and Joan; his son-in-law Roger Barker; and his siblings, Adeline, Earl, Ruby, John and JoAnn.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter JoAnne; his wife Arlene Besserud of Roseau; his children, Cindy Barker, Carson Besserud (Jeanie), Kim Brandt, Kayle Dunham (Terry) and Rayne Brandt; and his siblings, Ron Besserud (Carolyn) and Ardis MacLeod. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
