He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Bissen and Mary Bissen (Hogan); and his sister Dorothy Nolte. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Bissen, Rose Creek, Susan Bissen of Rochester, MN, Patricia Bissen of Rochester, MN, Joseph Bissen of Rochester, MN and Thomas Bissen of Minneapolis, MN; and his brother-in-law Roger Nolte of Waucoma, IA. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
