He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Bly (Leibold) and Don Bly. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy McEntyre; his wife Becky Bly; his children, Carrie Bach of Ely, MN and Derrick Bly (Trisha) of Stewartville, MN; his stepsons, Zach Otten (Jeanie) of Rochester, MN and Jason Otten of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Brad Burgess, Braxton Casey, William Bach, Ella Bly, Brock Bly and Victoria Otten; and his siblings, Wilma Landrus of Aitkin, MN, Jim Bly of Fridley, MN, John Bly and Gloria Ferguson (Michael) of Babbitt, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
