He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Petrowske); and his wife Bonnie Tow. He is survived by: his sons, Nick Johnson (Allyson) and Andy Johnson; his grandchildren, Carter, Lilianna, Bonnie Johnson and Mya Nickson; and his sisters, Betty Mostad, Rose Boon (Jim), Karen Fenske (Lyle) and Edith "Dee Dee" Menge (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
