He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Terry Hoag, Jane Maass (Howard), Dan, Doug (Dawn), Greg and Patti VanHoutan (Mike); his grandchildren, Brett Maass, Josh VanHoutan, Cassie Larson (James), Stephanie Skaalerud (Scott), T. J. Hoag, Allison Dieltz (Steven), Jacob VanHoutan and Emma DeRoo-Arndt; his great grandchildren, Kailey Ginter, Mackenzie VanHoutan, Avery, Caleb, Gabriel Larson, Haidyn and Paislee Skaalerud; his siblings, Donna Suchy, Vernon Arndt (Karen), Gery Arndt (Bev), Dennis Arndt (Chris) and David Arndt (Suzanne); and his siblings-in-law, Mervin Cihlar (Jean) and Lorraine Goebel (Gary).
