He is survived by: his children, Cameron and Grace; his wife Tammy; his sisters, Theresa Christofferson (Brett), Kathy Phenow (Jamie) and Molly Enselein; his father-in-law Tom LaBounty; and his sister-in-law Kelly Gaspard (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many many friends.
