He was predeceased by: his former wife Lorraine; his wife Louise; his daughter Joanne Powell; and his sister Emily Anderson. He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Barthel (Steven); and his grandchildren, Loran Powell, Heather Laubach (Eric), Lindsey Harfield (Brian), Jenna Haupt (Wade) and Jessica Weinmeyer (Jesse). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
